Please do not forget to enter your registration number as the variable symbol and your full name as the message for the recipient. You should specify the bank charges as yours. If required you will receive your invoice at the conference registration desk on April 18.
Cancellations
If you cancel your participation by e-mail or letter before April 13 2012 (13 April at the latest), we will return the paid conference fee minus 25% of the cancellation fee to your account. After April 17 2012 is the conference fee is non-returnable. The conference fee can be transferred to other person if the registered participant cannot attend the conference; in this case please inform us in advance via email.
